<li>Sharpen with the integrated pencil sharpener. <br></li>
<li>Apply on to one of the eyelids. <br></li>
<li>Blend right away with a finger (or a #216 brush for a blended line, or a #262 brush for a sharp line). <br></li>
<li>Repeat on the other eye.</li>
