<p>Begin with the spoolie end of our back2brow brush to comb  out brows
- Use the brush end to sweep back2brow powder on, from the beginning of the brow at the corner of the eye, upward to the arch, and down through the tail
- Go back in with the spoolie to soften and further shape</p>
