The creamy feeling, waterproof, non-drying formula allows you to fill, sculpt and define brows with natural-looking depth and dimension. The built-in brush wiper ensures the perfect amount of pomade on your brush to create clean lines and shape brows with precision.</p>

<li>Use a lighter shade of Precisely, My Brow Pencil to add hair-like strokes to the front of your brow for a natural-looking ombre effect.</li>
