The two-tone rubber sole makes the RE49 lifestyle shoes contemporary and original. All RE49 shoes are handmade in Italy, in our Gonars factory in the province of Udine.Back in 1949 Valentino Masolini started to recycle fabric scraps and abandoned military uniforms to make shoes. In 2021, his great-grandson, Nicola Masolini, reuses fabrics, beach umbrellas, beach deckchairs and sails to create shoes.
