<li>Squeeze a small amount onto fingertip and dot across the eyelid. <br></li>
<li>Gently pat to blend an even layer over the entire lid and up to the brow bone. <br></li>
<li>Allow to dry completely before applying shadow, or leave bare for natural, even coverage.<br></li>
<li>Apply to the lower lash line to keep eyeliner or eyeshadow smudged under the eye in place.</li>
